You may need to search for projects that contain specific items, collections, manufacturers, etc... This article explains how to do that.
Select the command 'Open' available in the Home-Projects section of the Ribbon. You will open the following mask, containing the list of all the projects available in the Program, as well as a group of filters you can use:
In the field named Items in project, type the text related to (part of) the item code, description, collection name, or manufacturer name of the item(s) you want to search for. Then, select the button Search.
This way you can filter the projects list with the ones that contain items compatible with the search criteria.
If you select the control named Items in project in the Project preview section of this mask, you can even check the project content prior opening it, as all tiles and furniture have been listed accordingly.
PAY ATTENTION: this feature is available only if the flag named 'Record item list when you close the project and save it' is active. You can find that flag in the Application Options mask (group General). This flag lets the Program automatically calculating the project estimate when closing the project and saving it. The search engine, in fact, uses the pieces of information contained in the project estimate data-set in order to perform the required filtering. The project estimate calculation does not affect custom made records, if any; it involves, indeed, the items really available in the graphical project, upgrading their quantities accordingly.
When enabling this feature, the closing+saving procedure may be a little slower then usual, as the Program needs to perform the estimate calculation before closing the project. Indeed, such a delay is not so relevant, as usually it takes about 0.5 sec. to perform calculations on small projects, around 1.2-1.9 seconds for bigger ones.
