If the program suddenly closes when you open the Virtual Navigation window, there are a few ways to try to solve the problem.
First, check (and, if necessary, update) the graphics card drivers on your computer.
If the problem continues, check if you have two graphics cards on your system, one integrated and one dedicated. If so, make sure that your system is setup to always use the dedicated graphics card and not the integrated card.
In addition, it is fundamental that your operating system is always kept up to date. Check for any Windows Updates and install them.
Lastly, check if there are any Print to PDF applications installed on your system, such as “DoPDF”. If so, remove them.
If the problem persists, make sure that your graphics card supports DomuS3D’s Hardware & Software requirements.
