• Windows 10 64 bit version 1903 (May 2019) and higher
• Windows 11 64 bit
• MacOS - You can install DomuS3D on a Mac with x86 or Intel processors, but you will need to be running a Windows operating system. If you have a new MAC based on ARM processor it is not possible to install and use DomuS3D. Check out this article to learn more about this.

Graphics cards recommended for Desktop/Workstation

The power of a computer’s GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) is particularly important to be able to use DomuS3D. If you want to check which models are available on the market, along with their corresponding power, you can connect to:

For DomuS3D we suggest you pick a card with a performance of 4000 or higher.

RTR (Real Time Rendering): to obtain the maximum graphic performance in RTR and to take full advantage of Ray Tracing functionality, it is necessary to have the latest generation NVIDIA RTX video cards (for example NVIDIA RX 2060 or higher).

GPU Rendering: to utilize GPU rendering, it is necessary to have a latest generation NVIDIA video card (for example NVIDIA 1080 or higher), otherwise rendering processing will be executed with CPU. For more information, please see the official VRay documentation available here:

Client/Server edition

Server:

• Operative System: Windows Server 2016 (x64) / Windows Server 2019 (x64) or higher
• CPU: Intel® Core™ i3 or higher
• Memory: 16 GB Ram
• Hard Disk: 100 GB available space

Client:

• Same hardware characteristics as the stand-alone edition
• Both the client and the server computers must be configured so that they are part of the same Windows domain
• Network: Windows compliant 10/100/1000 Mbps Local Area Network
