When inserting a new tile into the DomuS3D database, make sure that you are inserting the correct characters into all fields when filling out item details. In particular, make sure that you are not inserting any symbols or irregular characters (for example, an apostrophe) into the "Item Code" field.
Please note that the catalog of a single manufacturer cannot contain two tiles with the same item code unless they have varying values for the "Color" field.
Lastly, the image file of the tile that you want to assign to the newly created item, must be located on the computer where DomuS3D is installed, and not located in a network (online) file system.
