With the command New wall you can create new rooms next to the existing ones. Let's start from the room you can see in the next image:
Select the command New wall, and start tracing the new walls siding them to the existing ones. You can draw the new room clockwise or anticlockwise; nevertheless, we encourage you using the clockwise option, because with it you can specify the exact length of the wall referring to the internal measure.
As soon as you draw the last corner over the first one, the Application creates the new room for you (automatically including floor and ceiling), merging the siding walls in a single one (see next image). If you want to learn how to change the thickness of a wall, you can refer to this article.
The minimum thickness you can assign to a wall is 1 cm. (~ 0.4 inch)
In the next image you can see a different way of drawing a new room next to an existing one:
In this case you can start drawing right from the corner, or from the middle of an existing (external) wall:
With this approach, you do not need to close the new room, as the Application will automatically close it for you, and attach it to the existing one.
