If nothing happens when you click on DomuS3D Starter, the problem could be related to certain corrupted folder settings.
Remove the "starterLog.txt" from the installation folder (usually stored at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Maticad\DomuS3D Starter") and try to launch the program once more.
If it still does not start, we suggest that you:
- Uninstall the program using the Control Panel window;
- Remove the folder "DomuS3D Starter" from the path: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Maticad";
- Reinstall DomuS3D Starter and try again.
