If you want to export rendering jobs from DomuS3D to Render Manager for processing, follow these simple steps:
- Click on the “Start Rendering” button in the Navigation Ribbon in DomuS3D.
- In the pop-up window that appears, select Progressive (recommended for: Render Manager) from the dropdown menu under the “Mode” section.
- Next, specify the following information:
Quality: this is the level of quality of the final image. For best results, we recommend selecting High or Very High with the slider.
Maximum Time: you can set a maximum time interval for processing. At the end of the set time, the program will stop processing the image and save the result of the rendering both as a standard image and as a denoised image. Denoising consists of applying algorithms which aim to reduce the noise produced during processing, leading to a sharper and thus improved final image. The denoising algorithms within the program reduce the processing time needed to reach the desired quality.
Failing to set a long enough time interval for processing could result in a poor-quality final image. For this reason, we recommend setting a long interval and/or using this setting only if absolutely necessary.
To see a preview of the final rendering result, click on Preview and Exposure and then Generate Preview. The program will run a small preview and automatically calculate the exposure value.
After verifying the rendering preview (and making any necessary adjustments to the exposure value), close the “Preview rendering” window and click on the Export Job for Render Manager button.
In the next window, click on the to select the folder where you will save the compressed file (.zip) with the rendering job to be processed. This file contains all the necessary information for Render Manager to process the rendering. Name your file and click Ok.
Please note: the folder where you save your rendering jobs in the above step must be the same folder you select in the Render Manager application.
