First of all we suggest you check if your internet connection works well and click on the "Restore" button from "Home" toolbar.
If it persist start "Internet Explorer" window and select "Tools > Internet options" command. Click on the "Delete" button to remove all the temporary internet files. Select "advanced" tab and click on "Reset" button to restore the default settings.
